We encourage you to contact us whenever you have a concern or question related to your child's care. If you reach a recording during regular office hours we are busy helping other patients, but ask that you leave a message and we will call you back promtply.
If you have a concern or need advice after hours, give us a call and a triage nurse or one of our physicians will call you back. We encourage you to always call PRIOR to going to the urgent care or emergency room. We can often help you over the phone and /or we can better direct you to the approprite place for after hours care. For a life threatening emergency call 911.
For non urgnet calls, we ask that you please call the office during regular office hours. Our physicians typically return routine calls at lunchtime and at the end of the work day.
For routine prescription refills, we ask that you contact your pharmacy to get the process started. Refills are typically responded to and sent to the pharmacy by the end of the day. For controlled substance prescritions you will need to contact our office staff--we ask that you give us a 5 day lead time.
